The HUB and Wellness Coordinator | The St. Louis Community Health Worker Coalition is looking for an enthusiastic candidate to ensure the longevity of the very workforce we were created to support. Often, CHWs are plagued by the exact circumstances and situations they are charged with supporting their clients through. Recognizing this fact, the primary responsibilities of the CHW HUB and Wellness Coordinator is to monitor for signs of burnout and compassion fatigue, facilitate and implement best practices for workforce safety, and encourage self care for the workforce. Check out the full job description here!
